How do I apply?

Choose from our programs, and decide your program location and when are you coming to volunteer. We strongly suggest applying with three (3) months in advance. If you need more information or have a question that we do not answer in our FAQ section, please do not hesitate to contact us. Participants requiring expedited placements, within two (2) months or less are welcome to apply but we do not guarantee a placement.

IMPORTANT
If the start date of your placement is less than 60 days away, then the total program fee is due within 48 hours of receiving your Information Pack.


Apply
Fill out and submit our online application form. Please note that prior to submitting your application you will be prompted to review and agree to our terms and conditions.
Once we have received your application, within 24 hours we will:
- Determine your suitability for the placement that you are choosing.
- Ensure that there is a position for you.
- Email you our Volunteer Information Pack.

Pay the Program Deposit
If the start date of your placement is more than 60 days away.
Within 24 hours of receiving your application form, review and agree to our Terms and Conditions we will send you our Volunteer Information Pack with comprehensive information about your volunteer program and a term sheet, which includes a schedule identifying the deadline of the payment of the program deposit. Your placement is only confirmed once we have received your US$100.00 program deposit. The US$100.00 program deposit is later deducted from the total program fee.
Email you a confirmation letter to let you know that we have received your program deposit. At this point you should begin preparing for travel by obtaining all necessary documents (passport, visa) and meeting immunization requirements.
Purchase your ticket and send itinerary to our email.

Payment of Balance of Program Fees
If the start date of your placement is more than 60 days away.
The balance of your program fees must be paid the first day of arrival, along with a photocopy of passport, photocopy of travel insurance and emergency contact numbers.
From the moment you pay your program deposit to the day you finish your volunteer placement. We will provide you constant 24/7, exceptional and personalized service and support through phone, email and staff members.
